HUNTING IN HUNGARY...

Hungary has one of the strongest fallow deer populations in the world. This is confirmed by the fact that the latest two world record trophies were bagged in east Hungary, at Gúth, a place near the town of Debrecen. But renowned across the world also the Hungarian red deer population. Hunting for red deer stags is still as prestigious and highly desirable an activity among hunters world-wide, owing to the best possible habitats for this particular big game species in Hungary as well as expert game management practices pursued in this country, in addition to the excellent genetic basis. Is important to note the Hungarian roe deer population - which is recognised by hunters all over the world - is a result of the excellent conditions and resources of its habitat in Hungary, combined with decades of careful game management. Our hunting grounds are located in three regions of Hungary, each of them with different local features and conditions.
Like a small game hunting we offer driven hunts for large bags of pheasants near to Budapest. Since our hunting areas are located at short distances from one another, we can organise 2-3 day hunting programmes without the party having to re-visit a single location. All of our areas are to be found in hilly areas, besides agricultural territories we have a significant proportion of forests, bushy areas and reeds. Thanks to the above natural environmental features and our many years' of experience we offer a very sporty sort of hunting - for high flying pheasants - for our shooting parties. Owing to the increasingly tight regulations on hunting and nature conservation we are offering primarily hunting for semi-wild ducks, for our guests with a taste for hunting waterfowl, which may then be combined with hunting for other small game (pheasants, hares) and big game (in august: roe deer, in September: red deer, in October: fallow deer).
